Ekharid Haryana Farmers Registration
e-kharid is an online digital portal launched by the government of Harayana to help the farmers of the state. The start of this e-portal Haryana dates back to September 2016. Process of Ekharid Farmers Registration Haryana
The portal offers many benefits and many farmers in the state must be willing to register. So, here we are providing the complete registration process for the farmers who want to enrol themselves on the portal. The steps to enrol on the portal are:
- Step I: Firstly, go to the official login page of the portal @www.ekharid.in. On the directed page, click on the option of ‘Famer Registration‘, available on the portal.
- Step II: Clicking on the option, a new page will open. Click on the ‘Proceed‘ button on the appearing pop-up guidelines.
- Step III: The enrollment page will open. Here, the farmer will have to fill in various details like personal details, land details, and other details.
- Step IV: Firstly, the farmer enrolling needs to fill in the common details like Aadhar number, phone number, etc. A confirmatory OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the sent OTP and proceed.
- Step V: Next, enter the details of your landholding (sowing land) and your bank details. Click on the ‘Continue‘ button.
- Step VI: Now the farmer needs to upload all the documents required in a scanned format. Complete the uploading and click on ‘Confirm‘ and continue further.
- Step VII: After submitting all the details, a form will open for entering the seeding details. In the form you have to fill in details like the name of the plant, reaping year, the section under organic production, a stronghold number/ verification number, and maker classification (like owner, inhabitant, tenant or joint).
- Step VIII: After entering all the aforementioned details. Click on the Submit button.
- Step IX: You will receive a success message on your entered mobile number/ e-mail. Now you can enter the information regarding the arthiyas and mandis. Your e-kharid enlistment will be complete.

Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana (BBY)

The scheme is the Bhavantar Bharpaii Yojana, It is a scheme by the government of Haryana to promote transparency in food procurement from the farmers of the state. Under the scheme, the government of Haryana gives compensation to all the farmers for lower product prices in the market.

- It ensures the fixed income of farmers by providing them with an income ranging from INR 48,000 to 56,000 for every acre of land.
- These income benefits will be for the farmers having land with more than 4 crops covered under the scheme.
- Under the scheme, Special preservation prices are available for 4 vegetable crops, i.e., Onion, Cauliflower, Tomato, and Potato.
- The selling period is specific for each vegetable/ fruit crop and the sale of these is also done on the website via the portal.

Documents Required
To register for the scheme, there are a set of documents essential for anyone who wishes to avail of the benefits of the scheme. These documents are:

Processes Involved in the BBY scheme
There are some process, which is performed as a part of the scheme to fetch good prices for the farm produce.
The verification process for the scheme
Verification of the farmers will be done by the horticulture department employees under the revenue officer. The revenue officer will be responsible to verify the area of seed crops entered by the farmer on the portal. If all the details come out to be true, the farmer gets the verification.
Promotion Process
For promotion, the products need to be sold on the J-Farm. After the J-Farm sale, the details of the sale will be uploaded on the Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana Portal under the guidance of the respective marketing committee.
If in any case, the protected price fixed for the crop is more than the wholesale price of the crop, the farmer can impose compensation for the same. The amount of incentive will be released for the farmer within 15 days of the sale.
Ekharid Haryana Farmers Registration Process
The registration on the portal will be available for a specific period as fixed by the higher authorities. It is to be noted, that the farmer has to register each time for the selling of every new crop. So, the registration will be valid for one time only.
Registration for the scheme can be done through the e-Disha Kendras/ Sarva Seva Kendras/ Internet Kiosks/ Agriculture Department/ Horticulture Department or Marketing Board. The scheme registration process will be done in various stages:
Stage 1: Farmer Registration
The registration of farmers under the scheme is done through the e-portal for the BBY scheme. Make sure to do the registration during the sowing period.
Stage 2: Field Certification
It will be done by the concerned officers in the horticulture department. field certification is done for all registered farmers. Also, if in any case, the farmer is not satisfied with the area certification, he can file an appeal against the verification during the period fixed for it.
Stage 3: Manufacturer Registration
Registration for manufacturers under the portal will be available during the mentioned period. There is no cost for registering on the portal.
