AP Chief Minister Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has implemented the YSR Kanti Velugu plan on “World Sight Day”. 1st and 2nd phase of the scheme has ended now. In the first phase of this plan, a screening test of all students of Andhra Pradesh has been done.
