Points to Remember before applying
Some guidelines have been specified by the government to allow the entry of migrants into the state. Therefore, before applying for the Uttarakhand e Pass, the applicants must go through the following points.
- The applicant must not have stayed in the containment zone for the stipulated time period.

Step I:- First of all, go to the official website of Dehradun Smart City Ltd. On the homepage, click on the tab “प्रवासी और अन्य पंजीकरण”.
Step II:- The following application form will appear. Enter details, such as Travel details: starting point and destination, type of travel, details of the travellers, etc.
Step III:- After filling up the particulars, upload the documents required in the prescribed format. Then, tick the checkboxes available at the end of the page, as applicable.
Step IV:- At last, click on the “Submit” button. Your e Pass will be generated if authorities find it correct and genuine.
How to download Uttarakhand e Pass online?
