If the plot size is up to 75 Sq.Yds and the construction of ground or ground is + 1 upper floor the applicants do not need any permission for building it. However, applicants will have to register online using the TS bPass website and pay the registration fee along with the first property tax receipt.
If the applicant does not get permission from the officials within 21 days from applying then such permission will be called deemed permission.
No, according to the notified master plan, buildings which are falling in the bed of water bodies such as lakes, kunta, rivers, Nala and others then this kind of applications will not be considered for permission.
In case, any applicant does not apply for the building or layout remission then the District level Force Committee followed by the district collector will look into the matter. They can also demolish such kind of unlawfully executed building/ layout without providing any notice according to the provisions of section 174 (4) of the TMA Act, 2019.
Users who have filled out the application form can apply for correction only after the submitted proposal in the TS bPass gets approved for Instant registration and Approval. In the case of General Certificates, users can apply for the necessary changes only for a certain provided field through the correction module.
