Applicants who are a part of LIC as an agent can manage the accounts by logging into the LIC Merchant Portal. The following are the steps using which you can easily log into the portal:

• First of all, visit the authorized website of the LIC Merchant with this link address: https://merchant.licindia.in/
• Secondly, the link will directly open on the screen.
• Thirdly, you will see multiple options on the above right side of the screen.
• After that, locate and click on the LIC Merchant Login option and you will be led to a new page.
  
• Now, you will have to provide your username and password carefully and complete the captcha code.
• Later on, tap on the submit option provided at the end of this section.

In case any applicant forgets their LIC Merchant Account password, then the same can be retrieved by following a certain process. Here are the steps through which you can retrieve the password:

• At the end of the login section, you will see three options i.e., Change Password, Forgot Password and Update Email ID to get OTP.

• Provide your email ID and user name carefully and click on the Mail New Password link provided at the bottom.
  
• After that, you will receive the OTP on your registered email ID.
• Provide the same OTP to the available space and then verify the OTP.
