I have a doubt i am from madhya pradesh district neemuch and in my city only digital ews certificate are issuing which contain digital sign of tehsildar and digital photo but in IBPS exam ( Regiinal rural bank ) the bank has prescribed a format for ews certificat which should contain physical sign competent authority and physical photo according to central government format so did my ews certificate is valid ?
