• Interested readers must be citizens of India.
• Aspirants must have attained the age of 18 years old at least as of the date of submitting the scheme application form.
• The authority is going to provide the flat in Housing Estates of Authority to persons whose partner or the dependent relations do not own an area in free or leasehold bases a residential plot having more than 67 sqm in Delhi.
• Both married couples can apply for the scheme separately. In case, both of them get selected for the scheme then the officials will provide the flat and the amount for one of them only.
• Individuals can submit a single application either in their name or as a joint applicant.
• Candidates applying for EWS falts must have more than 3 lakhs per annum income and the family income of the same applicants must not exceed Rs. 19 lakh per annum.
• Savings account’s particulars must be submitted to the bank and the account particulars must be given in the application form.
• Candidates must hold a Permanent Account Number, and the same one must be provided in the application form as well.
• In the case of a Joint applicant belonging to the SC/ ST categories, the joint applicant should be within the family.

How to apply for the DDA Housing Scheme 2024?

• Start the process by going to the official website of the Delhi Development Authority using this link: https://dda.gov.in/
• Scroll down the home page till you find the Online Services section on the left side of the screen.
• Locate the link of the New AAWAS (Housing Scheme) Portal and then tap on it once.
• After tapping on the link, a new page will open on the respective device.
• Now, you can see the Login Applicant on the bottom left side of the screen.
• Afterwards, the login section will appear on a new page. Click on the New User Register link available at the bottom of the login section.
• Please provide your name, Adhaar Number, gender, mobile number, and others carefully.
• After that, log into the portal by providing the login credentials received after the registration process.
