How to create an Account on SSP Karnataka Portal?
To apply for any scholarship available on this portal, students need to create an account on this portal. They can create an account on this portal by following the instructions given below-
- Visit the official portal of SSP Karnataka. Portal Link can be checked below.
- Now, click on the “Create Account” menu given at the top of the page.
- Select the scholarship type among Prematric or Postmatric.
- Enter the SATS ID in the box shown below and click on “Get Data” button.
- All the details of the student fetched from SATS will be displayed. Click on “Save & Proceed” button.
- Enter the SATS ID in the box shown below and click on “Get Data” button.
- Now, click on the “Create Account” menu given at the top of the page.
- A pop-up message indicating SATS detail will be displayed. Click Yes to continue. If details are not correct, click “No” and contact the concerned school for rectification.
- Enter the Mobile No. in space provided and move ahead by clicking on “Submit”
- Enter the OTP and click on “Submit”.
- Once the OTP is entered, a new page will open. Here students will be asked to create password. After the password is entered, click on the “Submit” button.
- Finally, student’s account on SSP Karnataka portal will be created. User Id and password will be sent to the Registered Mobile No. of the candidate. After successful account creation, students can login anytime into the portal.

- Click on “Student Login” tab.
- Enter the login Id and password provided during account creation.

How to Apply for SSP Karnataka Pre Matric Scholarship?
- Click on the SSP portal.
- Click on Apply for Pre-Matric Scholarship link.
- Click on Student Login.
- Now, the homepage of the Student Account will appear. Homepage will include following Menus- Home, Edit, Scholarships & Profile.
- It will also include feature of Aadhaar option. Click “Yes” if student and parent both have their Aadhaar card. Click on “Proceed”.
- Mark the consent box and proceed further.
- If Aadhaar Details are incorrect, then an error message will pop up on the screen. If details are correct then the given message will appear. Click on “Yes”.

Post Matric Scholarships are offered to students who have to complete their matriculation and are pursuing further studies. - Select Scholarship scheme from the drop-down menu by clicking on “Select Scheme”.

I have been trying to create account in for SSP portal from past 15 days , after completing the details, I am not getting OTP in my mobile, I try to contact the helpline also (080-8050770005) it is completely switched off , another line 08035254747 which is busy even at night 11:30 PM hope there is some issue with this line , as of now the last date is 20th April 2021, please guide me how to go further for obtaining scholarship.
