Procedure To Register For Jyothi Sanjeevini Scheme 2023

They have to get this done in the HRMS database of e-governance under DPAR. Those who want to take advantage of this scheme must have kept their KGID number very safe with them. Your Aadhar id will also be very useful in this procedure. The candidate also has to take their KGID number and aadhar card to Aarogya Mitra, this will be sent for verification.

• After you have drop-in to the site then you have to click on the Network hospital option, which will be available at the top of the main page.

• Then on the new page, you have to select the district and the hospital type.
• The list for the network hospital will open before you.
• Now you can check the hospital that comes under your panel.

• Firstly go to the official website of Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Trust, i.e. arogya.karnataka.gov.in.
