TS Dharani Land Records Online
All the details and particulars concerning the land are comprised in a document known as the Right of Records (ROR). In the Telugu language, it is also called Adangal or Pahani. It covers the ownership details along with its use, area coverage, etc. As for the Telangana state, the residents can obtain their land records through the Dharani online portal. Follow the procedure described below to do the same.
Step I:- Go to the official website of the Dharani Telangana Portal. As its homepage displays over the screen, tap on the “Land Details Search” icon as depicted.
Step II:- A new page will open. Now, you can continue to search via two options, (i) Survey No./Sub-Division No. and (ii) Pattadar Passbook Number.
Step III:- If you proceed via the first option, mention the following details
– Survey No.
– Khata No.
Step IV:- After that, enter the exact captcha code in the box as shown. Click on the “Fetch” button. Your desired details, i.e. land record will appear on the screen.
Step V:- However, if you choose the second option, you will need to feed your Pattadar Passbook Number followed by the given captcha code.
Step VI:- After that, click on the “Fetch” icon to continue. Your required land details will appear on the screen.
Telangana Land Valuation Certificate Online
A Land Valuation Certificate is required when you wish to sell the property as it suggests the fair and reasonable market value of the concerned land. In order to get the same online, you must follow the procedure below.
- Firstly, you need to log in to the TS Dharani web portal.
- Click on New Request > Land Valuation Certificate.
- Mention your details, such as District, Mandal, Village, and Khata/ Survey/ Pattadar No.
- Tap on the “Get Details” button.
- Select your required land piece.
- Click on the “Get Certificate” option.
- Fill in the application form that appears.
- Pay the requisite fee.
- Download the same, once processed.
