Shravan Bal Yojana 2023
Shravan Bal Yojana is an initiative by the Government of Maharashtra to extend help to elderly people across the state. Under the scheme, the eligible beneficiaries will be granted financial assistance of Rs. 400 or Rs. 600 on a monthly basis. The scheme will make them economically independent and self-reliant. Who can apply for the Shravan Bal Yojana in Maharashtra?
The government has categorized the eligible beneficiaries into groups of two on the basis of their inclusion in the BPL List. How to apply for Shravan Bal Yojana online?
In order to claim the benefits of the Shravan Bal Scheme in the state of Maharashtra, the eligible aspirants must register themselves first at the Maharashtra Aaple Sarkar portal. The whole registration and application process has been digitalized. Interested and eligible beneficiaries can apply through the online portal of Aaple Sarkar @aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in. Stage 1: Registration
Step I:- First of all, the beneficiaries need to visit the official website of the Maharashtra Aaple Sarkar Portal. The homepage will be open.
Step II:- Click on the “New User? Register Here” tab as shown.
Step III:- As the following screen appears, you can proceed via two options.
(i) Option 1:- Using a mobile number
(ii) Option 2:- Using ID proof details
Step IV:- Choose your suitable option. Enter details accordingly.
Step V:- Generate your desired username and password for the portal. Use the same credentials to log in further.
Step VI:- Click on the “Register” button at the end. Your registration is successful.
Stage 2: Log in

Step VIII:- Select your district from the drop-down list. After that, tap on the “Login” button.
Step IX:- If all the details fed are correct, you will be logged in to your Mah Aaple Sarkar Portal. You can apply for the Shravan Bal Yojana thereafter.
Stage 3: Apply for the Mah Shravan Bal Yojana
Step X:– From the left menu sidebar, select the concerned department, i.e. Social Justice and Special Assistance Department.
Step XI:- Select the option of “Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar/ Shravan Bal Yojana” from the list. After that, click on the “Proceed” icon.
Step XII:- The scheme application form will appear on the screen. The form will be divided into three sections, as follows:
