The houses that are currently available under the lottery scheme are in the format of flats. The location is Taloja Node in Maharashtra. 1524 houses are under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and the rest 4206 are for the general category. In the financially fast phase, candidates shall pay Rs. 2.5 lakhs grant as per the PM Housing scheme. - Firstly, visit the official portal of CIDCO.
- Click on the link “Click here for Estate Online Services”.
- Select the “Check Status/ Upload Documents” tab from the available options.
- Enter your application number and registered mobile number.
- Click on the option of “Check Request Status”.
- The desired information will be displayed on the screen.
Upload Documents

a) First of all, you need to go to the official website of CIDCO Maharashtra.
b) On the homepage, click on the link, called “Click here for Estate Online Services”.
c) A new tab will open.
d) Click on the option of “Online Payments” available on the left side of the page.
e) Enter your Challan, Document or reference number in the provided space.
f) After that, click on the “Go” button.
g) Pay the CIDCO authorities via online mode only.
h) Save a copy of the payment receipt.

How to check CIDCO Lottery results online?
The applicants who have participated in the CIDCO lottery can view the lottery result through the official website of CIDCO in an online way. The procedure for the same has been provided below for your reference.
Step I:- First of all, the applicants need to go to the official website of CIDCO Maharashtra. The homepage will open on your screen.
Step II:- Click on the “CIDCO Lottery Results” link as shown in the image below.
Step III:- The following page will appear. Click on the “View Result” link against the applying lottery scheme.
Step IV:- Click on the relevant link and a PDF file will open that will consist of the list of all the winners.
Step V:- Search for your name. If won, download a copy of the same for the upcoming proceedings.
What after winning the CIDCO Lottery?
- After you have won the CIDCO lottery, the Corporation will forward a “First Intimation Letter”.
- The letter will include all the details about the list of documents required for further process.
- The winners need to submit the mentioned documents within the stipulated time.
- Upon successful verification of the documents, a Provisional Offer Letter will be issued under the winner’s name.
- It will contain the amount of payment required to be paid within the mentioned date, failure to which will result in the levy of interest.
CIDCO Lottery Allotment Letter
A CIDCO allotment letter is issued to the winner of the CIDCO lottery, once all the cost of the flat is borne. It will include details and particulars about the apartment allotted, price details of the apartment, winner details, etc.
Further, the winners must make a payment of the required stamp duty and registration charges imposed on the apartment. An acknowledgement slip of both the payments should be submitted at the CIDCO office. After that, the winners can move to the allotted house as per the instructions of the concerned authorities.
