West Bengal List is made available on the official portal of the State Electoral Officer. This voter list can be viewed by the public as and when required. Those who are looking for the same can follow the given instructions-

Step 1- Start by navigating to the official portal of CEO, West Bengal.

Step 2- On the portal’s homepage, click on the “Electoral Roll” tab or the “Electoral Roll List 2023 (Voter List)” link given under the section of the current issue.

Step 3- Select District from the options available.

Step 4- Select your Assembly constituency option from the list of all the ACs in the selected district.

Step 5- Search your polling station from the list. Once searched, click on the corresponding “Final Roll” link.

Step 6 – Now, a pop-up will open. Enter the captcha and click on the “Verify” button.

Step 7– West Bengal voter list pdf will display on the screen.

How to search name in WB Voter List 2023 ?

Using WB Electoral portal one can also search their names in the voter list. To check their names in the portal, they need to follow the given instructions-

• Step 1- Open West Bengal CEO portal.
• Step 2- Click on the “Search Your Name in Voter List” option.
• Step 3- Three Search options are provided viz. State-Wise, District-Wise, AC Wise.
  • If the state-wise option is selected then, you further have to select among Name or EPIC no.
• Step 4- If the Name option is selected, then enter your first name, last name and captcha code in the space provided. Click on the “Search” button to proceed.
• Step 5- A suggestion list of all the voters if the same name (if any) will appear. You can search your name with the help of other details in the list.  
• Step 6- Click on the “Show” button given against your name.  
• Step 7- Complete voter information of the selected name will appear. It will include details such as personal details of the voter, EPIC no., voter serial no., no. and name of the polling station, father’s name, mother’s name etc.
• Step 8- Once you have checked the details, you can click on the “Print” button to keep it safe for further references.

Know your Electoral Details Via SMS

Voters in Bengal can also get their Electoral Data through SMS service. They have to type an SMS and have to send it to the number specified by the authority. Check the SMS format and number below-

How to Search Polling Station in West Bengal?

Those who have checked their name in the voter list can also check their nearest polling station location through the CEO portal. They just have to follow the simple steps given below-

• Visit official portal.
• Click on “Know your polling station” option.
• A map of state will open. Enter the location.

How to Apply for Duplicate Voter Id in West Bengal?

If a voter id card is lost/theft/destroyed/ mutilated/misplaced due to any reason, one can apply for the issue of duplicate voter id. The application can be submitted either online or offline. Check both procedures to apply for duplicate voter id in West Bengal given below-

Offline Process

– Visit your local Electoral Office or contact BLO or your locality.
– Ask for an application form for duplicate voter id.
– Collect the application form (EPIC-001)
– Fill the application form and attach all the required documents.
– Submit it and obtain a reference Id issued by the electoral office/ concerned official.
– After verification, a duplicate voter id will be issued.
-Collect your voter id card from the location notified by the electoral office.

– Visit the official portal of CEO, WB.
– Click on the “Download” menu given on the homepage.
– Select “Form” from the dropdown menu.
– Under Roll Revision Section various forms will open.
– Click on “EPIC- 001” form option/. Can be downloaded in English or Bengali as per preference.

– Download and print the application form.
– Fill in all the details correctly as asked in the form. Do not fill section that indicates “for Official Use Only”.
– Attach required documents and submit the application form to the Local Electoral Office/ other concerned authority.

How to Register as WB PWD Electoral?

PWD electoral in West Bengal can also apply online to get enrolled in the electoral roll. They can apply through the WB CEO website by following the step-by-step process explained below-

• Go to the official portal.
• Scroll down the homepage and click on “Register as PWD Electors”.
• Click on “Proceed” button.
• Registration page will open. There are total 4 steps which one has to complete.
• Enter Mobile No. and email If and complete Step 1.
• Enter OTP in step 2.
• Similarly, complete all the remaining steps by providing required details.
• Save the reference Id or application receipt after completion of registration process.
