How to Register on TS Meeseva Portal

Firstly, visit the official website of the Telangana government. Click on the tab showing ‘Login’

After that, you will be redirected to the official portal where you need to register. The page will look like the one shown below. Click on the tab and register as a citizen, if you are a citizen. Similarly, department users can directly log in.

As you click on the icon showing ‘citizen’, an icon displaying the ‘New User’ will appear. Click on the tab.

Clicking on the tab, you will now be redirected to the next page, where a registration form will appear. The form will look like the one shown below. It will contain two sections: The profile ID section and the section for Contact Information.

Create a profile ID by entering a login ID of your choice. Enter a Password and add it again to confirm.

After that, the next step will be to add your contact information. You have to enter your mobile number here.

On adding the number, you will receive an OTP on your provided mobile number. Submit the OTP.

After that, add extra details, like your Name, Gender, E-mail, Address, district, etc. After adding all the details, click on the icon showing ‘Submit’. Finally, Login again for another time, using the same User ID and password.

3. On the page, you will get three options to login i.e, as KIOSK, Department and Citizen.

5. Enter your User ID and Password (if logging in as a citizen). Otherwise, enter the Franchise code/ Staff Code and password.
