Eligibility Criteria
- Firstly, the applicant must be a Regular State Government Employee.
- Secondly, the applicant should be a permanent resident of Telangana State
- Current employees and Retired Pensioners are both eligible for this scheme
- Therefore, there is no upper age limit for the scheme

- Casual and Daily Wage Workers
- Independent Children
- AIS Pensioners and officers
- Law Officers such as Public Prosecutors, State Prosecutors, Advocate General, State Counsel and Government Pleaders
- Biological Parents if Adopted Parents are alive or vice versa
Apply Procedure for EJHS Telangan Health Card
Employee & Journalist Health Scheme in Telangana Government’s appreciable effort for the betterment of medical services for government employees/ Pensioners and Journalists. To sum up, the scheme does not only cover the employee’s health expenditure but their dependent’s too. The Scheme has a high rate of success. And more and more employees are getting the benefits of the scheme. The application process for EJHS Health Card is described below:
- Note: There is no online application process to enrol for the Heath Scheme.
- The Employee’s/Pensioner’s/Journalist’s data is provided by the DDO (The Drawing and Disbursing Officer) With following Steps
- STEP I : Submit Application
- Login with the user ID of Employees or Pensioner in their presence
- This procedure requires the needed documents of the employee/ Pensioner and all the data entry needs to be done
- STEP II : Approve Applications
- Check the data carefully and cross examine with the documents
- Correct the minor errors on the application form
- If the errors are big then reject the application
- If all the data adds up approve the application
- STEP III : Provide Post Data
- The collected data along with the sanction number is transferred to District Head
- Through CFMS the data is then sent to Finance Department.
- After that the data is sent to Aarogyasri Healthcare Trust
- Aarogyasri Healthcare Trust then createss new Health Card and provides the data on EHS website.

Step 1: Firstly, Visit the Official website EHS Telangana by clicking on the link ahead: ehf.telangana.gov.in
- Find and click on the “Sign in” option on the dashboard. A

STEP 2: Afterwards a new login page will appear
- Enter the user ID details asked such as User name and password

How to Reset the password for EHS Login?
The password acquired/generated during the Registration process needs to be kept safe for further use. Sometimes the password is lost meanwhile and as it is necessary to log in and download the Health Card following are the steps to reset the password.
- Firstly go the official website and click on the sign in tab from the dashboard.
- Choose the category that you belong to (Employee/Pensioner/Journalist)
- Click on the Forgot Password option from the menu on the left.
- A pop-up window will appear. Click on the Click here to Proceed option
- Now enter your User Id
- Click on Go. As a result a new password reset link will be sent on your registered phone number or E-mail ID.

- Now look for “Health Card Status” under the title Additional Information in the lower portion of the home page
