Step 1: Visit the Official Website of Scholarship for Pragati & Saksham Scheme @www.aicte-pragati-saksham-gov.in. The portal will look similar to the one depicted below.
Step 2: On the open LOGIN page, the applicants will see an option of ‘Register Here‘ the page. Click on the option to create a new profile on the portal for the scheme.
